The One Degree Principle

THE ONE DEGREE PRINCIPLE

Hello again Calgary,

I’m going to share something with you today that I
think will help you reach your goals.

I call it the One Degree Principle.

I’ve told you numerous times, if you’re going to be Successful in achieving your health goals, it’s going to take commitment and you staying focused.

Since I’m running around the house, and spending a lot of my time getting ready for the big event in May, I’m decided to make it just a little bit easier for you to stick to your commitments… with a simple concept that you’ll never forget.

As you know, I like to help a lot of people become healthy.

You can become one of those, and I want you to, but you have to take action, and do something.

Significant personal and organizational results don’t happen by wishing, hoping or some type of magical thinking.

Never has.

Never will.

Action speaks louder than words.

You get to where you want in the food chain of health because you set goals and take those efforts to higher levels on an on going basis on a daily basis.

How do you do that?

Good question.

As a courtesy to you for being an avid reader, I’m going to hand this to you on a silver platter if you read this email, then apply it.

Ready?

Take small steps.

Not large, dangerous ones, but small ones.

If you have not been to one of our Dr.’s Reports…get there!
I show you exactly what steps to take.

Think about it.

Small increments of success, when added together, can produce big results over time … and that’s what the principle of 212° the extra degree is all about.

Let me explain the simplicity of this.

I’m going to use a metaphor to help.

Consider this …

… at 211° water is hot, really hot, but it’s still not at the boiling point.

But… raise the temperature of that water… by ONE degree to 212°, and guess what… it boils.

That’s what one degree can do guys.

So who cares about boiling water?

You should when it comes to your health.

Boiling water generates steam and steam can power a locomotive!

A locomotive!

One extra degree makes all the difference in the world when it comes to water boiling and steam.

Sometimes doing just one extra thing can make all the difference in your practice.

You might start a daily 30 minute walk, but it doesn’t make the ROI you thought it would.

So you change it up slightly, take it up a notch up, you add my BURST concept and then out of nowhere, WHAM.

It works.

You’re amazed.

But what you fail to realize is this.

You stuck around, and you took what you were doing… that one extra step (degree).

What is the BURST concept you ask???

Sandwich your workout, whatever it is. Walk, run, weights, bike, row…with high intensity bursts of effort for 20-30 seconds. Go hard, breath heavy, sweat.

Then rest 20-30 seconds.

Repeat.

Repeat.

Repeat.

Watch what happens to your body in a week or two.

Throw in a smoothie for breakfast and a salad at lunch and dinner.

Who said getting healthy is hard?!

Don’t wait till tomorrow.

Procrastination is the thief of health.
