What We Offer

Types of Massage Therapy

Every session is customized to your needs. Here are the modalities our RMTs are trained in.

Therapeutic Massage

Targeted treatment focused on relieving specific areas of pain, tension, and dysfunction. Your RMT assesses the problem area and uses focused techniques to address the root cause of your discomfort.

Deep Tissue Massage

Firm, sustained pressure targeting deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Ideal for chronic tension, injury recovery, and stubborn knots that don’t respond to lighter techniques.

Swedish Massage

Classic relaxation massage using long, flowing strokes to improve circulation, ease muscle tension, and promote overall stress relief. A great choice for general wellness and relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Specially adapted massage for expectant mothers. Relieves pregnancy-related back pain, swelling, and tension while keeping mom and baby safe and comfortable throughout each trimester.

🔊 Shockwave + Massage

Some of our RMTs incorporate shockwave therapy into massage sessions for enhanced treatment of chronic conditions like plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and calcific tendonitis.

Sports Massage

Performance-focused massage to help athletes prepare for events, recover from training, and treat sport-specific injuries. Combines deep tissue work with stretching and mobilization techniques.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A gentle technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to help reduce swelling and support circulation. Often used after injury or surgery, and during periods of fluid retention.

Cupping Therapy

Silicone or traditional cups create suction to lift tissue, improve blood flow, and release deep muscle tension. Often combined with massage to target stubborn knots, chronic pain, and restricted fascia.

FAQ

Massage Therapy Questions

How much does massage therapy cost?2026-07-14T22:45:51+00:00

60-minute massage is $110, 75-minute is $130, and 90-minute is $160. We direct bill most major insurance providers so you typically only pay the difference (if any) at the time of your visit.

Do I need a referral for massage therapy?2026-07-14T22:45:51+00:00

No. You can book directly with one of our Registered Massage Therapists without a referral. Simply book online or call the clinic. Some insurance plans may require a doctor’s note for coverage — check with your provider if you’re unsure.

Does insurance cover massage therapy?2026-07-14T22:45:50+00:00

Most extended health insurance plans in Alberta cover Registered Massage Therapy. We direct bill most major providers, making the process seamless. Our front desk team is happy to help you verify your coverage before your appointment.

Which session length should I choose?2026-07-14T22:45:50+00:00

A 60-minute session is great for targeting one or two specific areas. Our most popular option is the 75-minute session, which gives your RMT enough time for thorough work on multiple areas. The 90-minute session is best for full-body treatment or complex chronic conditions.

Is massage safe during pregnancy?2026-07-14T22:45:49+00:00

Prenatal massage can help relieve pregnancy-related back pain, swelling, and tension. Our RMTs are trained in prenatal techniques and will modify positioning and pressure for each trimester to keep mom and baby comfortable and safe.
