This role is a full-time, permanent position that reports to Dr. DJ LeDrew D.C., while also working closely with other key members of the team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Follow clinical systems and processes as mentored by experienced chiropractors to carry out assessments and treatment programs to ensure patients achieve their goals.

  • Perform new patient consultations, exams, treatment plans, adjustments, education, exercise prescription and re-evaluations with the aim of getting excellent results, retention and growth.

  • Bring positive energy and passion to the team culture each day. Demonstrate growth mindset and initiative.

  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, honesty and respect at all times with patients, their families, and team members.

  • Accept feedback and constantly seek ways to improve clinical and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrate accountability by providing updates on progression, participating in team meetings and mentoring sessions.
